Your reporting, in your own warehouse

GA4’s interface runs out of road quickly: sampling, thresholds, no way to join ad spend to revenue. BigQuery removes those limits — provided the export, the models and the cost pipelines are set up correctly.

What usually brings people here

The reporting problem is rarely the chart. It is what the chart is standing on.

GA4 sampling and thresholding hiding the rows you needed
Ad spend living in five platforms and never joined to revenue
The GA4 → BigQuery export set up once and never verified
Looker Studio dashboards that time out or contradict each other
Monthly reporting assembled by hand in a spreadsheet
Numbers in the dashboard that nobody can trace back to a source

What the work covers

Export set up and verifiedGA4 to BigQuery in your own Google Cloud project, under your billing — checked against the interface, not assumed.
Ad cost pipelinesSpend from Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Ads landing on a schedule, in one shape.
Revenue joined to spendChannel, campaign, ad set and ad, modelled so ROAS is a query rather than a spreadsheet exercise.
Reporting layerLooker Studio connected to the modelled tables, so dashboards stay fast and consistent.
ReconciliationWarehouse numbers checked against your store back office before anything is signed off.
DocumentationWhat each table contains, how it is built and where to look when a number surprises you.

FAQ

Before you send accesses

Whose Google Cloud project does this live in?

Yours. That is deliberate. Your business data does not move into a closed system you would later have to migrate out of, and you can revoke our access at any point without anything breaking.

What will BigQuery cost us?

For a typical store the export and scheduled queries sit at the low end of Google’s pricing, and the billing stays in your account where you can see it. We size it with you before building rather than presenting a surprise later.

Can you rebuild the dashboards we already have?

Copying an existing dashboard set is custom work, and it is not what this offer is. The full analytics system ships a standard dashboard package instead — that is what keeps it deployable in a week rather than a quarter.

Does this include the conversational analytics layer?

No. That is part of the full system rather than a standalone fix. This offer gets the warehouse and the reporting right, which is the thing that has to exist first either way.

If the whole stack needs standardising

A single fix stays a single fix. But if the analytics underneath turns out to be worth rebuilding, the full system — validated tracking, all ad spend joined to revenue in your own BigQuery, standard dashboards and conversational analytics — deploys in about a week.
