Google Ads is bidding on conversions it never properly received
Smart Bidding is only as good as the signal underneath it. We find where conversions are lost, duplicated or valued wrongly, and put the tracking back on a footing your store can vouch for.
What usually brings people here
Any of these means the bidding algorithm is learning from something other than reality.

FAQ
Before you send accesses
Will fixing this improve our performance?
It gives Smart Bidding an accurate signal instead of a partial one. Whether performance improves depends on your campaigns, budget and market — we are not going to promise you a number we cannot control.
Do you rebuild our GA4 property?
No. We work with the property you already have and fix it in place. A rebuild only comes up if the existing setup is genuinely unrecoverable, and in that case we say so before invoicing, not after.
Can you do this without touching our developers?
Usually yes, through GTM. Where the checkout does not expose the data we need — some custom and headless builds — a developer has to be involved, and we will tell you that at the audit stage.
What if the problem turns out to be somewhere else?
That happens: the symptom shows in Google Ads, the cause sits in the data layer or the store. We report where it actually is, and rescope with you rather than fixing the wrong thing.
If the whole stack needs standardising
A single fix stays a single fix. But if the analytics underneath turns out to be worth rebuilding, the full system — validated tracking, all ad spend joined to revenue in your own BigQuery, standard dashboards and conversational analytics — deploys in about a week.
Describe what you are seeing
Send the symptom, the platform and a screenshot if you have one. We come back with what we think is happening, what it would take to fix, and a fixed price — before any work starts.
