Meta is not receiving the purchases your store recorded
Browser restrictions, iOS opt-outs and ad blockers cut the pixel’s view of your funnel. Conversion API sends the same events server-side, from your store — with deduplication so nothing gets counted twice.
What usually brings people here
If two or more of these look familiar, the signal Meta optimises on is not the one your store actually produced.

Reconciled against real orders in Events Manager, then handed over.
FAQ
Before you send accesses
Do we need a server-side GTM container?
Not always. Shopify and WooCommerce can send Conversion API events without one. A server container is worth it when you want the same server-side pipeline feeding several platforms, and we will tell you which case you are in before quoting.
Will this change our attribution numbers?
It changes what Meta can see, so reported conversions usually move. We do not promise a direction. What we can promise is that the events Meta receives will match the orders your store recorded, and that each one is counted once.
What happens with consent and GDPR?
Conversion API does not bypass consent. Matching parameters are sent only within what your consent setup permits. If you have no Consent Mode in place, that is a separate piece of work and we will say so rather than quietly ignoring it.
We are on WooCommerce, not Shopify. Is that a problem?
No. WooCommerce, Shopify and custom stacks are all workable. What matters is that the backend can emit a reliable purchase event — checking that is the first step of the audit.
If the whole stack needs standardising
A single fix stays a single fix. But if the analytics underneath turns out to be worth rebuilding, the full system — validated tracking, all ad spend joined to revenue in your own BigQuery, standard dashboards and conversational analytics — deploys in about a week.
Describe what you are seeing
Send the symptom, the platform and a screenshot if you have one. We come back with what we think is happening, what it would take to fix, and a fixed price — before any work starts.
