Entry offer · Troubleshooting
Something in your tracking is lying. We find out what.
One defined problem, scoped and closed on its own. No retainer, no discovery phase — you describe the symptom, we trace it to the cause and fix it where it actually is.
Typical cases
These are the ones that come up most. If yours is not listed, describe it — the answer is usually in the same family.

FAQ
Before you send accesses
What if you cannot find the cause?
We tell you what we ruled out and what it would take to go further, and we rescope with you. What we do not do is keep billing hours against a problem we have not located.
Do we have to buy anything else afterwards?
No. A single fix is a complete piece of work. If your analytics turns out to be worth standardising, we will say so — but that is a separate decision, taken after you have seen how we work.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few days of accesses arriving. Collecting accesses is normally the slowest part, so starting that early helps more than anything else.
Which platforms do you cover?
Shopify and WooCommerce on the store side, GA4 and GTM for tracking, and Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft on the advertising side.
If the whole stack needs standardising
A single fix stays a single fix. But if the analytics underneath turns out to be worth rebuilding, the full system — validated tracking, all ad spend joined to revenue in your own BigQuery, standard dashboards and conversational analytics — deploys in about a week.
Describe what you are seeing
Send the symptom, the platform and a screenshot if you have one. We come back with what we think is happening, what it would take to fix, and a fixed price — before any work starts.
